The room was decent and the overall property had good potential. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth.
The swimming pool had excessive chlorine, which caused severe irritation to the eyes. It didn't feel safe, especially for children.
The TV and electric kettle in the room were not working. Despite informing the staff about the TV issue, it was never resolved during our stay. The service was below expectations, and it felt like the room was assigned without a proper quality check.
Overall, I found the stay to be overpriced considering the room quality, amenities, and service provided. The experience did not justify the amount paid.
