The location is very peaceful and the view from the balcony is really nice. Being able to disconnect from the business of Cortina is really nice but still only a 10minute walk from town.
The shower was tricky to use and didn’t always all stay in the shower area. A little upgrade on shower head and shower screen would be great.

Gelegen in een mooie en rustige wijk op 20 minuutjes lopen van het centrum.
Accommodatie is zeer basic. Dat wisten we op zich ook wel uit de beschrijving en is prima als rest klopt. Maar het voelt ook echt oud. Alhoewel de kamer prima is schoongemaakt, voelen keuken en badkamer niet schoon vanwege houten keukenblad, vieze voegen, continue lopende wc etc. Op bed ligt een ouder sprei. Dekbed daaronder zit niet in een hoes. Zou fijn zijn als er op het terras 2 goed zittende (tuin)stoelen staan. We kregen ieder 1 hele kleine en 1 hele grote badhanddoek voor 3 nachten. Een gewoon formaat handdoek per persoon per nacht zou prettig zijn. Er waren geen keukendoeken. Maar 2 koffiecupjes voor 3 nachten.
Voor de ramen zijn alleen rolluiken buiten, geen vitrage of iets dergelijks, dus je zit of vol in het zicht, of met een luik voor de ramen en/of deuren.
Er werd beneden verbouwd waardoor er, ook op de zondagochtend, al om 8 uur bouwgeluid werd gemaakt.
Wij vinden de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor het gebodene echt onvoldoende.
