A spacious apartment in a convenient location, but with poor communication, cleanliness issues, and

The apartment is spacious and served its purpose well for a one-night stay. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a wedding nearby. The shower was excellent, powerful and warm, just what we needed to freshen up and relax after a long day.

Unfortunately, communication was very disappointing. We had reached out via Booking.com months in advance to ask how the entry app would work, but never received a response. On the day of check-in, we finally received a phone number and were asked to send a copy of our passport, something that didn’t feel entirely secure. After that, we received the email how to enter the apartment, but it didn’t work. We were told that someone might be able to come help in 3–4 hours, which was not helpful at all, especially since we had a wedding to attend. Phone calls were not answered, so we had to continue via text. Eventually, we managed to get in using my partner’s email address, but the experience was quite stressful. When I voiced some concerns about the system, I was told it was my fault and that the entry method was very easy and had never caused issues, which doesn’t match the experiences described in other reviews. Additionally, the apartment itself was not clean and felt very old. Both the bed and the sofa were sagging, with a visible hole in the couch. For over £250 a night, we expected more comfort and quality. The curtains didn’t work properly, and several pieces of furniture were falling apart. Also, the apartment is located in the middle of an industrial area, don’t expect a nice view. It was fine for one night because of the wedding nearby, but I would have been very disappointed if we had planned a longer stay, especially for this price. The photo's don't match anymore.

Good stay, definitely requires improvement but was decent enough.

The size of the apartment was great. Loved the fact that all needed facilities were available. Great bathroom size too with a massive mirror and really good shower.

The TV wasn't working, bed wasn't exactly comfortable and the place didn't seem like it was cleaned properly, Surfaces and floor were still quite dusty.

The size of the apartment was great. Loved the fact that all needed facilities were available. Great bathroom size too with a massive mirror and really good shower.

The TV wasn't working, bed wasn't exactly comfortable and the place didn't seem like it was cleaned properly, Surfaces and floor were still quite dusty.
