We loved the location right on the beach. Very walkable area
Some things in the apartment were showing and feeling wear. The area rugs needed a good cleaning. The fans in the bathrooms come on and are incredibly loud- so they would wake anyone in the rooms if used late at night. Very limited hangers and kitchen items. The laundry situation is not great- you are required to download an app to use them and then there is almost always money left over and no way to get it refunded. Overall and pleasant enough stay

Lovely safe building in wonderful location right on beach. Unit was spacious and comfortable with nice design touches and gorgeous balcony overlooking the water.

The location is perfect walkable to excellent options for eating out, watching the ocean, walking the beach, and the BEST location for viewing the beautiful sunsets on the balcony. The condo was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The 2 bedroom 2 bath and the spacious living room met our needs perfectly.
We will definitely return to this condo.
The pocket door in one of the bathrooms would not close. Maybe off the track? The drains in the bathroom sinks and kitchen sink drained slowly. Both of the glass sliding doors to the balcony didn’t lock. But since it’s a 3rd floor condo we didn’t worry about it at all. I don’t think we are tech savvy enough to work the TV. The TV was difficult for us to use
