Unbearably hot stay with a non-working AC and a host who even lied about having someone check it.

Location

I do not recommend this property. The AC in the room didn’t work at all, and the entire apartment was extremely hot, making it very hard to sleep. I complained multiple times to the owner, and they kept lying about the situation. They claimed that someone had come to check the AC twice — but I was in the apartment both days and nobody ever showed up. Later, they tried to say the AC was “too small” and needed time to cool the room, which was just another excuse. The unit never cooled anything, not even slightly. Overall, very disappointing experience. Lack of honesty from the host was the worst part. I would not stay here again.

O custo beneficio é bom, localização e extrutura, porem alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar

2 / 10

Central de ar não funciona.

Localização, qualidade do prédio.

Alugaram o quarto sabendo do problema prévio.
