the 2 bedroom residence was very well appointed. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding as was room service. The gym was very good and the hot tubs were busy, but we were served drinks while we waited.
This is a brand new hotel and is definitely working out the kinks. The parking is only available through the valet service which is $50.00 per night. There was always a crowd waiting for their cars so it takes a while. There is construction going on everywhere! You take a shuttle up to the gondola lift, which is fine, but not ideal. We had reserved a 2 bedroom residence with 2 king beds, but when we arrived they didn't have what we reserved available. It took an hour for them to try to sort it out and we had a baby with us. Again, not ideal. We ended up staying in a residence that had twin beds.
