Wir haben noch nie so ein Pech gehabt. Und wir reisen viel.
Relativ moderne Möbel
Schlüsselkästen mit Codes wurden zusammen mit der Info gemailt, dass es zwei Adressen gibt: eine zum Schlüssel abholen und wegbringen und eine 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernte, wo dann die Unterkunft tatsächlich ist sodass dies zu Verwirrung führte. Das Schlafzimmer hat KEIN Fenster!
Es war weder WC-Papier, noch Handseife, noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Bei booking.com war das bei Buchung nicht sichtbar. Anhand der Tatsache, dass es sich um eine deutsche Ferienwohnung handelte (nicht Holland z.B.) und des Umstands, das das Preisniveau mit rund 200 € eher hoch ist, waren wir darauf nicht vorbereitet.
Die Duschhalterung war stark beschädigt. Man musst die Brause die ganze Zeit beim duschen in der Hand behalten.
Im Wohnzimmer hing ein Vorhang halb von der Gardinenstange herunter, ein Vorgänger Gast hatte wohl zu stark daran gezogen und diesen beschädigt.
Die Terrasse wies Unkraut auf. Unter unserem Balkon stand verregnetes Leergut, ein halbleerer Grillkohlensack und ein verrosteter alter Grill.
Bisher warten wir auf eine kulante Haltung des Gastgebers, was den nachträglichen berechneten Preis für das "Wäschepaket" von 45 € betrifft. Persönlich war das Thema mit der Mitarbeiterin am Empfang nicht zu klären, sie verwies uns an booking.com. Darüber sind wir enttäuscht, denn für den ganzen Ärger würden wir uns wünschen, dass diese Rechnung wenigstens storniert wird. Wir haben Teile einer Veranstaltung versäumt, weil wir Extrafahrten hatten wegen des Schlüssels, mehrere Hotline-Anrufe sowie Wartezeiten auf den Hausmeister.
