Very spacious and comfortable with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. A/C in all rooms which was a blessing during our stay in rather hot weather. The large terrace was a lovely addition for eating outside. Contact with the owner/manager was efficient and very helpful with some useful tips for restaurants. Early access to the property allowed a relaxed start to our mini break.
Nothing to dislike but as an English woman I think a kettle would be a useful addition 😅

A localização é excelente para o efeito do aluguer, pois a partida para o UTSF este ano foi mesmo ao lado. Tudo muito limpo e confortável. O espaço exterior é fantástico para realizar as refeições.
A casa é um pouco quente, mas tem AC...
O isolamento sonoro dos quartos para a rua podia ser melhor, mas nada demais.
