Excellent location on Mae Nan beach , the best I would say , short walk down beach to Mae Nam Main Street with lots of options to eat, lovely family run business!

The room was as expected for the price. The staff were excellent and spoke English.
The bar restaurant on the beach served a good selection of food and drinks.
The A/C was faulty, but was replaced with a brand new unit in one day.
