Kaunis, vanha rakennus ja korkea huoneisto. Erinomainen sijainti.
Nukkumaparvelle käynti kapeita, joskin tukevia portaita pitkin. Kylpyhuoneesta suihkukaappi vei paljon tilaa, mutta oli muuten toimiva kokonaisuus.

The apartment is small and cozy and very centrally located in the old part of Helsinki downtown. It's easily accessible via public transport, the closest tram stop just down the street. The surrounding area is lively and busy, even in the evenings, with restaurants, cafeterias, museums and small shops located nearby. The railway and metro stations are not far off by foot either.
All neat and tidy - the kitchen is small, but convenient and has everything you need for a short stay. The laundry machine is available. The bed is located near the roof, a short climb away with winding stairs. Neighbours are friendly and the house seems quiet during the evenings. In contradiction, the streets outside are fairly noisy, from early morning hours when trams kick-in till late in the eve. It was pouring rain when checking-in, so the lockbox location was a bit tricky.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in einer spannenden Gegend. Technische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Der Charme der Wohnung wird von dem sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand getrübt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, NUR für Alleinreisende oder ein junges Paar geeignet. Wir waren zu dritt als Familie mit unserem Kind unterwegs, da ist der Platz sehr wenig und beengt. Das Bad ist sehr klein, vor dem Waschbecken kann man nur mit zurückgeklappter Duschwand stehen. Der Preis passt nicht zur Größe des Apartments, definitiv zu hoch. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung, nach einem längeren Mail- und Chatwechsel hat sich der Host doch entschuldigt und hat versucht die Versäumnisse wett zu machen... Ich halte mich mit weiterer Kritik und Fotos der vorgefundenen Situation zurück, sage nur so viel, dass der Host Tommi mir mit einer negativen Rezension gedroht hat (gibt es das auf Booking für die Gäste?) falls ich ihm nicht 5 Sterne geben würde. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen, als wir sie bekommen haben.
