About this house rental
This property is a must see! Newly furnished, recently remodeled modern home located in the heart of Manhattan, only a 3 min drive from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and a 3 min drive from Aggieville.
Master bedroom has king bed with dresser and two night stands. In this relaxing room you’ll find a 55 inch smart TV, two closets, and an attached master bath. In this closet there is a twin floor mattress available with linens.
Second room includes queen bed with dresser and one night stand. In this relaxing room you’ll find a 55inch smart TV and one closet.
Third room includes queen bed, one night stand and one closet.
Second bathroom is centrally located between both bedrooms and living room. Both bathrooms have great water pressure and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower/bath. Whole home is also equipped with water softener for good showering and bathing.
Kitchen is furnished with cooking utensils for preparing any meals. Coffee pot included which takes single serve pods, or grounds. Kitchen also includes reverse osmosis water at the sink and for the refrigerator for good clean tasting water and ice.
Living room includes two rocking/reclining chairs, sofa with two electric reclining ends, and a 55inch smart tv. Queen air up mattress and linens are available for living room floor if needed.
Dining room includes dining table that seats 6 people.
Dining room also includes desk and chair for workspace.
Laundry room is available for guests to do their own laundry.
Backyard patio area includes table and chairs with umbrella for relaxing. It also includes a gas fire pit with rocking chairs and gas grill for cooking outdoors. Patio also has decorative night lighting for entertainment.
Indoor board games and outdoor games such as cornhole and giant pong are available.
Driveway includes parking for two larger vehicles/ or four smaller vehicles. Street parking is available from 6:00am- 3:00am.

This is the nicest house I've stayed in so far. The kitchen was fantastic, they layout of the house was perfect, it was a great neighborhood to walk around. And the perfect distance from the Graduation event. I would stay in this house again and highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! We were in town for a family wedding, and I specifically chose this property because I needed a well-equipped kitchen to prepare the wedding cake and 24 dozen cupcakes. The kitchen did not disappoint—it was beautiful, spacious, and made a big task so much more enjoyable.The home itself was lovely, comfortable, and perfect for our family during a busy and special weekend. Everything was clean and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The only small suggestion I would offer is to update the pans in the kitchen, as the current ones are quite scratched. Having well-maintained cookware makes a big difference for those who cook frequently and for those with allergies -both of which apply to me, and the reason I always rent a home when I travel since I'm unable to eat out.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you for helping make such an important weekend even more special!

This was our groups second stay at Wildcat Ridge and it was wonderful again! Very clean house, lots of extras to make your stay even better, as well as fantastic communication!
