This character-filled home will provide you with a comfortable night's sleep right near Montgomery's downtown! With close proximity to both Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, we specialize in serving the military while on TDY orders. As hosts and veterans, we know what it feels like to try to make a nice meal with a hotel microwave. AGH! Rather, you need a place that feels like home for your long TDY. This home is pet-friendly and family-friendly so you can bring the whole crew! This home has been designated a historic location by Montgomery's Architectural Review Board. It is 97 years old! The character of this home is evident in its 14 ft coffered ceilings, original windows, heart pine hardwood floors, and antique clawfoot tub. However, this home has been updated to provide tenants a modern living experience among Montgomery's history! You are bound to feel comfortable with our memory foam mattresses to rest each night, a smart HDTV in the living room, stainless steel kitchen appliances to include a gas stove and dishwasher, indoor stack washer and dryer, and central AC/heat. The back bedroom has been dedicated to providing you with open space to exercise and a desk to complete your studies. You will experience ample seating indoors and out to host dinner with your friends. This pet-friendly home has a fully fenced backyard to let your dog enjoy a space of his/her own. We are located right in between Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex. Both installations are a 3-4 mile drive in either direction. The growing downtown is located only 2 miles down the road. You will sometimes be able to see the fireworks from the porch and hear part of the Biscuits games held at the Riverwalk Stadium
