The pool wasn’t ready to swim in. Easy access to the shared laundry room. The room itself was not clean. I lost my first 1.50 as the lever didn’t release after pushing in the quarters to start the washer. Tenants seamed friendly & neighborly. The TV was our biggest issue. We couldn’t get any channels. You have to stream by downloading your network App. The master shower cold & hot faucets were opposite. After taking several cold showers, I messaged the owner about it. The kitchen was well supplied. All in all. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Also, was very pleasant to deal with. The rental could use some improvements. I liked the location & I felt safe. Price was reasonable.
