Грязная квартира, неприятный запах, плохая уборка и попытка взыскать 50 € после выезда за обычную уборку — категорически

Худшее жильё, в котором мне доводилось останавливаться. Категорически не рекомендую. Квартира была грязной уже при заселении. Диван сильно пах собакой и был покрыт шерстью. По всей квартире постоянно попадались чужие женские волосы. Постельное бельё имело неприятный запах, поэтому мы даже не стали пользоваться одеялом. В квартире было очень душно, а общее впечатление было таким, будто после предыдущих гостей нормальную уборку никто не проводил. Несмотря на всё это, мы не жаловались и не требовали никакой компенсации, хотя могли это сделать. Просто не хотелось портить себе отдых. Перед выездом хозяин попросил вынести мусор, вымыть посуду и прибраться, объяснив это тем, что так он сэкономит время себе и уборщице. При этом средства для мытья посуды практически не было — на дне бутылки оставалось буквально на одну мойку. Покупать новое средство и оставлять его хозяину за свой счёт я не собиралась. После выезда хозяин поблагодарил нас за проживание, попросил оставить отзыв и пожелал счастливой дороги. Однако примерно через неделю через Booking.com неожиданно поступило требование оплатить ещё 50 евро якобы за «ущерб квартире». При этом никакого ущерба не было — речь шла только об одном пакете мусора и нескольких невымытых предметах посуды. Такое отношение оставило крайне неприятное впечатление. Обычная уборка после гостей внезапно превратилась в «ущерб», за который решили выставить счёт. Самое неприятное, что хозяин не только экономит на чистоте квартиры, но и пытается переложить на гостей обязанности по уборке, а затем ещё требует дополнительные деньги после выезда. После такого возникает ощущение, что любой гость может столкнуться с необоснованными требованиями оплатить «дополнительную уборку». Если не хотите жить в грязной квартире, где пахнет собакой, находить чужие волосы, сомневаться в чистоте постельного белья и потом ещё спорить из-за дополнительных платежей, выбирайте другое место. Я сюда больше никогда не вернусь.

No sākuma nevarēju saprast kā atvērt kastīti, kur atslēgas. Žalūzijas par gaišu, man patīk gulēt tumšā izstabā.
