Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. When someone was at the reception desk, both ladies who served us were friendly, professional, and eager to help.
Needed another towel hanger in the bathroom. Not an issue, but it would have been useful.

Good location, tram access is very close, walkable to many places, including the Duomo, excellent helpful staff on the floor during office hours. Friendly little coffee bar, Peter Bar, just around the corner.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff was exceptional. Young Sitara was extremely helpful and booked taxies for us, gave us helpful advice, directions to sights etc. and always had a smiling face.
The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk to the Duomo Milan and all the exciting areas, plus cafes, shops and restaurants.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and had adequate space for two, while the bedroom is moderately sized (not too spacious, but was adequate). However, the bathroom cum toilet is very small.
The bathroom was too small. There was barely any space. Also there was an offensive smell that emanated from the bathroom from time to time. Also the toiletries provided were few and sparse.
It's difficult to find the place at first because the GPS directs one to the rear of the building, from which you cannot enter. And then you have to walk around dragging your luggage to find the entrance.

Great location, very close to the most places you will visit, especially the Dome.
It says flat tv and the TV is very small and it is not in the bedroom but living room (if you can call it living room, very small) and the sofa is very small and the tv is behind the sofa, it is not even in front of you so you can watch.
Your bathroom and all rooms will not be cleaned in case you stay longer, and you will have to use towels and everything for couple days without being replaced or you will have to pay extra if you want towels or rooms to be cleaned. So, no TV and no clean rooms or towels or bedsheets for couple days
