Apartament (jest to kompletne mieszkanie - salon z aneksem, osobna sypialnia, łazienka oraz dość duży korytarz) jest doskonale położony (San Marco), w zasadzie wszędzie jest blisko. Do dyspozycji są udogodnienia, których nie znalazłem w opisie jak np. żelazko i deska do prasowania, Netflix). Duża przestrzeń jak na dwie osoby, Wygodne łóżko, Gospodarz również zadbał o ekspres i kapsułki do kawy. Mieszkanie na nasz przyjazd było przygotowane i przewietrzone. Kontakt bardzo dobry (j. angielski). Łatwo odebrać klucze, wszystko jasno omówione na początku, dużo przydatnych informacji np. gdzie dobrze zejść.
Niestety dobra lokalizacja niemalże w sercu Wenecji wiąże się z hałasem. Pod mieszkaniem jest kanjpa czynna od 6 rano do 2 w nocy - i jest bardzo głośno, w zasadzie przez cały czas. Dobiega też hałas z ruchliwej uliczki. Nie pomaga zamknięcie okna ani okiennic.

Muy buena la ubicación. Las llaves las retiramos por la recepción de un hotel a 100 metros. Cómodo departamento, muy limpio.
Es un primer piso y a la noche se escucha hablar a la gente del bar de abajo. Puede ser algo molesto.

Hervorragende Lage, gute Einrichtung, gute Betreuung. Man lebt mitten im Gewimmel des venezianischen Fußgängerverkehrs und kann sich an dem Stimmengewirr wie an einen an- und abschwellenden Musik erfreuen.
Leider wohnt man über einer Bar, die als eine der sehr wenigen in ganz Venedig bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht geöffnet ist und dann um 6 Uhr wieder öffnet. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man unmöglich schlafen! Aber mit nächtlichen Ohrstöpseln ist die Wohnung hervorragend.

Location was very central
The location is central, but the windows are old and you hear everything from people passing the Apartment and from the bar on ground floor. The Apartment was Not exactly as new and polished as it looked in the pictures. There was quite some dust under the bed and the couch, did not seem that it was cleaned for months.
