Parfait, vue la situation, si on n'est pas regardant sur la propreté et les odeurs.

La décoration, la situation et la piscine.

La saleté dès la terrasse (d'ailleurs pas du tout comme les photos de l'annonce !), le sol du salon et les mauvaises odeurs. Pas de soin au ménage et au linge installé. Et par contre une prestation ménage à 50€ bien chère pour le résultat.

Logement propre, calme, bien aménagé et équipée (lave vaisselle / lave linge). Proche de beaucoup de coin touristique (15 min en voiture pour Benodet / Quimper) sans être embêté par le bruit. Piscine chauffée top !
