What a lovely accommodation! We were 4 adults on a tour of the West Country and Pilgrims Barn was perfect with the 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen/dining room. We wanted something comfortable but within easy reach of some of Cornwall's attractions and this ticked all the boxes. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine for those on longer holidays and we had lovely evenings sitting around the table after dinner chatting and playing board games, there is a nice outside area with a picnic table too.
The only thing would be the seating arrangement in the living area isn't great for everyone to watch tv but this is the only thing I can think of as everything else was great.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, very well equipped, good parking, lovely courtyard private garden. An excellent location for exploring this part of Cornwall.
Only minor issues: Creaky floorboards upstairs, slippery floor in downstairs bathroom and shower not easy to turn off when one’s hands are wet. Also a lighter duvet for this time of year (a mild September) would have been better.

The house was so much bigger than expected and the little courtyard outside was an added bonus.
Beds were extremely comfortable and all the rooms were lovely, especially with the exposed beams.
Host was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

The property is very clean and loved the big kitchen. Everything is here for an enjoyable family stay and just a short drive away from the coast and St Ives. Small private garden is a plus on a sunny day… Road is near but night time traffic not an issue and caught some good sleep.
