Extremely love the staff, the pool was lovely, the rooms were comfortable. We were real happy here. Short walking distance to great spots around Kuta and lots of restaurants around.

The room was clean & had everything we needed. Masaya was an absolute treat and easily our favourite accommodation during three months of travel. The staff are incredibly friendly and consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Alleine wegen dem Personal würde ich zu 100% wieder kommen! Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls absolut nett und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind schön.
Die Betten sind etwas hart, die Türe hat sich manchmal schwierig zusperren lassen und hat einen recht grossen Spalt was es Insekten leicht möglich macht ins Zimmer zu kommen. Das Wlan war nicht das beste. Das ist aber alles jammern auf Hohem Niveau für diesen Preis alles absolut fair.

It was a good location for everything that we were after
There was no fridge in the rooms or the property that we could use.
The water pipes in the room were noisy and kept us awake all night and the staff were less then helpful when it was brought to their attention
