Bello lugar
Vista, casa, cocina bien equipada.
No tiene para estacionar, excepto fuera de casa y en días de lluvia se complica mucho. También el camino de acceso con lluvia es medio complicado, aunque no imposible de acceder. Pero la naturaleza del entorno lo compensa mucho.

IMPRESENTABLE-MAL TRATO- Mal Acceso-Mala persona
La vista del rio. Sin embargo llegar a la casa es difícil. La anfitriona envió un video explicativo que al llegar a lugar no es 100% claro. a parte DEBERIA ACALRAR que debes llegar en un vehículo alto, de preferencia Pick up y mejor si es 4x4.
1.Limpieza pésima. Tallones estaban deshilachados, eran de colores desteñidos, sucios, mal guardados. FLATABAN FRAZADAS para las camas. le sacamos a las otras por que no teníamos suficientes.
2. Encontramos calzoncillo de los que se hospedaron antes. los bajo cama muy sucios, no pasaron ni la escoba.
3. Encontré un baño MUY sucio con maquinita de afeitar de vaya a saber quien. Ni hablar de marcos de ventana, espejos, etc.
4. Pisos sucios y en mal estado la puerta que se hinchaba de tal manera que era difícil abrir y cerrar, incluso para los que tenia fuerza deben empujar y golpearla para abrirla o cerrarla..
5. Vajilla con comida pegada.
6. Falta de productos de limpieza.
7. La casa estaba sin calefaccionar, LA DUEÑA "MILAINE" se excuso que estaba enferma, pero después nos enteramos que estaba de viaje. Envió a un Amigo que fue muy amable y trato de ser resolutivo. pero las condiciones de las instalaciones fueron de mal en peor.
8. Las sabanas son chicas, te acostabas y se salían los elásticos,
la mitad de las almohadas estaban como trapo de piso.
9. varilla en el suelo que delimitaba el piso de living con el de cocina estaba levantada, falta de mantenimiento y la tuve que sacar pro que nos tropezábamos y podíamos caernos.
10. NINGUN televisor funcionaba, el del 1° piso quemado, el de PBaja no tenia enchufe cercano ni decodificador para que funcione.
11. Falta calefacción. la casa es tan grande que debería instalares en 1° piso un aire Frio calor como mínimo.
12. Cuando reclame en un principio la dueña MILAINE se mostro empática y avergonzada (tengo los WhatsApp). Al día siguiente me pidió que cancel el total del alquiler. Yo le pedí un descuento y ahí comenzó a mostrar su verdadera cara ya que a su amigo Cristian le decía una cosas y a mi me dijo otra. Yo le dije que mínimo un 20% menos debía pagar y después de varios mensajes accedió. Pero el ultimo día su amigo me reclamo el saldo. por lo que le el mensaje de la dueña aceptando ese acuerdo.
