Location opposite Ipswich Town Football Ground, location UK the Town centre, parking space next to the property, kitchen has microwave and other appliances
If football match is on, roads around ground are closed up to 6 pm on Saturdays apart from that no issues with the property

Exceptional value for this perfect location. Comfortable and well appointed with a well equipped kitchen area. Plenty of Tea ,Coffee etc. Excellent shower. In the most it was very quiet. Excellent if you have a dog as a railed fence surrounds the property and there is a park just 50 m away for walks . Car parking adjacent. Very good wifi. The couple cleaning on our departure were really friendly.

It's not the ritz, but it has everything you need for a home from home stay in the Centre of Ipswich.

I liked its location.
The bed could do with more pillows, because some people suffer with back problems and might need more support. Also maybe upgrade on the tv and get a bigger one. Also the connection was very jumpy and kept loading. Also upgrade the little table and chairs. And towels also need to be replaced. You can tell they look old and used. The front door lock also is stiff and a little hard to get into. It is a lovely little place and I have stayed here once before. It also smelt very musty. The air fresheners also need new ones as they are empty and just keep working. What also wasn’t nice from 9 in the morning till night time the tanoy in the stadium. I understand they have things happening over there. But maybe you should check what things they are doing. Because if someone books and wants quietness and relaxing and then all you hear is that going off all the time.
