We really enjoyed our stay at Phebe7. It was one of the cheapest options and we did not expect much because we read that the neighborhood was not the best etc. but I think the location made our trip even more special. It is a lovely, quite area, full with small cafes for breakfast and coffee with very cheap prices.
It is easily accessible with Yotsubashi Line, good for both long and short term stay. We hope to stay there again! :)
If you plan to stay out late, drink etc. at more central areas (like Dotonbori), it might be a bit hard to return after the last train.
