The property was exactly what I was looking for during my short trip to Zermatt. It was a perfect space with everything you need, including a great private view of the Matterhorn from the patio.
There were some steep inclines to walk up to get to the property. Also, the labeling of the room was a little difficult to find when we first arrived.

View of the Matterhorn from our window and location. Good potential to be highly rated with a few upgrades
The bed was uncomfortable. Beside the stools for the kitchen table, no other chairs to sit and relax. No chairs outside, only a wood box to sit on. The shower drain couldn't handle the flow of water and overflowed. The last thing is that we have to carry our garbage to the bin to avoid extra fees.

您可以很Oliver利用信件溝通，並得到所需的資訊，建議提早將需求寫在信裡面，畢竟聯絡需要時間，不過Oliver 會回應你的。
廚房應有盡有，烤箱、熱水壺甚至微波爐和電子加熱設備一應俱全，餐具也很多，不用擔心，冰箱也夠大，足夠存放食材。
到這裡是需要一點代價的...
除了快爬到升天的坡，住宿在地下室，你需要自己扛一層樓的行李。
房間找不到暖爐，晚上睡覺有點冷，不過廁所有暖爐。

The facility is well maintained. It has a fantasy view from the balcony of the Matterhorn.
Nothing really. Just that people with limited mobility should consider taking help as there are stairs to go down to the apartment and you have to use the same for yr luggage as well.
