The house was in a great location. Friendly neighbours.
I don’t think it is suitable for small children. The stairs doesn’t have a stair gate & the decorations could have easily been pulled down and caused damage from a child pulling it down. The umbrella on the roof top was ripped and broken so that was unusable. Lots of water from the washing machine kept making the rooftop flood. The pool had broken bits of plastic/ dirt. The rug had dark stains on it. The floor wasn’t very clean throughout the property either.

The location was excellent, very close to central Marbella (puerto Banús area) and shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. the villa was very big and plenty of space for 5 people. It was clean, very modern looking and had everything we needed
The shower ran cold for most of our showers but we were told this would happen in advance, just annoying when you want a hot shower.
The oven needs another tray - we tried to cook for 5 people at once and could barely fit anything in the oven at once. The dishwasher worked but didn’t rinse the dishes properly. There is no drying rack for cleaning dishes so the water spills all over the counter. These are literally minor details though!
