Location was excellent. Next to metro. Great shopping and restaurants right outside your door. Beautiful view from balcony of park. Super clean and comfy beds. Even the sofa bed was comfy. Staff was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we come to Berlin. Great for families.

Place is in the city center, can reach all by walk, metro stop is very close as well. The place was clean, nice kitchen and living room available.
I don't think this place is good for families, the area is very loud during the night, as most of the places in Germany there is no air conditioning and need to sleep with window open (August). It will be a good place for young guys that are looking to party all night! The bathroom needs refurbishing: water leaking from shower, faucet came loose on the sink. The bathroom had a very bad smell
