房间地理位置在it park，非常安全，楼下几百米外有大商场，吃饭不是问题。

Really liked the location in IT park. The Ayala mall was very close and the place was also close to nearby supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was spacious for our family of three, beds were comfortable and bidet in the master bedroom was nice. The host was accommodating to any of our questions.
The only thing I really disliked was the power shortage at times would occur in the kitchen when there was too much power. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay. However it was still very manageable and I would highly consider staying there again when I am in Cebu.

The check-in process was easy and the size of the apartment is big for Cebu. It has a lot of potential to be a great place to stay.
Both bathrooms are a disaster. Missing grout, Mold(both black and Brown) in the shower and a white film on the tile floor that some wipes off and some does not. I have pictures for proof. For sure the worst bathroom(s) I have seen in my travels. One of the 3 aircons ran but did not get cold in the main room. We found food left over in the microwave from the previous renters. Torn drapes with holes in them. Clearly the place was not deep cleaned as they said. Was promised a cleaning, new drapes and fixed aircon that never happened. After waiting on 2 appointment no shows I declined the 3rd appointment as a waste of time. Nothing was fixed. We cut our stay short and left.
