Perfect place to stay :-)

Perfect location close to all places in Nice. Appartment very nice and very well equipped. Communication with owner very good. I can fully recommend.

Nothing to complain.

A home base in nice.

Like a home base in nice.

Noises outside particularly late night and early morning. But it is a typical non touristy neighborhood. Some noises are normal and can be shut out of the window.
