Great modern apartment located in a great new community with lots to do.

The place was excellent, kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were clean, comfortable and of good size. The host is beyong AMAZING, very easy to communicate, fast response and helped me with other needs as well around the area. Woul definitely recommend this place. The area is quite new with lots to do, there is a great pizza place just outside the apartment gate, nice park down the block (my kids loved the pirate themed playground) and lots of places to park if you have extra cars.

That it wasn't available for longer time, LOL, just kidding. There wasn't anything that I didn't dislike about this property.

¿Algún responsable de este apartamento se ha pasado por aquí en el último año?

La urbanización es tranquila, la piscina está a un paso e incluye garaje.

Nada más entrar no olía precisamente bien. El salón apestaba a perro, el sofá tenía migas y el mantel de la mesa surcos de no haber pasado ni un trapo. Cada esquina que comprobabas, una prueba de que quién se había encargado de la limpieza no puso mucho esmero. Por la terraza ni estuvo ni se le esperaba, había hasta restos de envases. Las paredes de TODAS las habitaciones, SIN EXCEPCIÓN estaban sucias y sobadas, no nos lo explicábamos. Y ya ni hablar de las manchas extrañas en las sábanas... En cuanto al mantenimiento, las persianas son de motor y la mitad directamente no funcionaban. Las ventanas, se quedaban atascadas (sí, la de la cocina está bloqueada.) No había sábanas extra, trapos de cocina, pinzas (a pesar de haber tendedero)... Útiles básicos para el uso puntual. Nos seguimos preguntando si todas estas fallas se las cobrarán en algún momento a la gente de sus fianzas... Decepción total al no encontrar lo que esperas.

Hay detalles de mantenimiento que han descuidado: paredes manchadas, cables a la vista, pomo de la puerta principal roto. Además la llave que nos dejaron para abrir el parking no funcionaba. Nada de esto te impide disfrutar del piso pero daña un poco la experiencia

Appartement très spacieux pour une famille de 5 , l'endroit est très bien situé par rapport aux commerces et surtout shopping .résidence bien sécurisée, piscine au top , voisinage très gentil et bienveillant. À recommander vivement.
