Apartament w wysokim standardzie wykończenia z niesamowitym widokiem z ( ogromnego) tarasu.
Super chłodny i czysty basen.
Niestety jestem osoba słabo chodzącą i zapytałam właściciela o schody lub windę.
Odpowiedz brzmiała "apartament jest na parterze, nie martw sie o schody". Rzeczywistość była inna. Do każdego apartamentu prowadza schody( którymi musisz zejsc od m.parkingowego). Jest ich naprawdę dużo. Aby dojśc do basenu ponownie spora ilość schodów w dól i w góre. Dla osoby z chorym układem chodzenia zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM!

The apartment was exceptionally beautiful, and the view was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was spotlessly clean, just as it should be. The apartment provides all the comfort you need for a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. It is located in a very peaceful area.
The property manager was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. The daily care and maintenance of the entire property and its surroundings were also of a very high standard.
The apartment is located in a rather remote area, quite far from the beach and other essential amenities, so it is best suited to guests who are looking for plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet.
As the swimming pool is shared and there are not enough sun loungers for all guests at the same time, the fact that the pool area is intended for everyone should be respected more strictly. In particular, sun loungers should not be unnecessarily “reserved” for the entire day when guests are physically absent from the pool area for several hours.
It would also be helpful if guests were reminded to follow the pool rules. For example, although the rules displayed on the sign prohibit it, children were repeatedly jumping into the pool for hours, screaming and splashing other guests. Unfortunately, these rules did not seem to be observed or enforced. As a result, what could otherwise be an incredibly peaceful, almost oasis-like setting can quickly turn into a very noisy experience, whether you want it or not.
Despite the apartment being extremely comfortable and clearly designed to provide maximum comfort, we were surprised that there was not a single full-length mirror anywhere in the apartment.
There was also a note on the oven stating that it was not working. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved at any point during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Top Apartments Opatija Residence in Dobreć. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is peaceful, and the breathtaking view is an absolute highlight!
We would recommend having a car, as it makes getting to Opatija, the beaches, restaurants, and nearby attractions much easier.
Everything was well organized, and communication with the host was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful place. We would definitely love to come back!

Schöner Meerblick,- saubere Appartements, gute Betten. Für uns war das Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordung.
Das eine Reisegruppe von mehreren jungen Herren verteilt auf 4 Appartements 1 Nacht bei lauter Musik und lauter Konversation bis morgens 2 Uhr mit einem regelrechten Trinkgelage und lauten Gesellschaftsspielen gefeiert hat. Nachdem Sie von Igor dem Hausmeister ermahnt wurden waren Sie am Folgetag bei Besetzung des sehr schönen Infinity Pools bei beschwingter "Mallorca Partymusik" - ebenso auf dem Balkon in der Folgenacht mit sehr lauter Konversation bis morgens um 3 Uhr aktiv. Laut Hausordnung ist das nicht gestattet. Vor diesen 2 Nächten waren die Tage und Nächte davor und danach erholsam und entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen Urlaub in einem TOP Appartement.
