Easy, contactless access with information provided well in advance of arrival. Good, spacious living area with fully functioning kitchen. Large bedroom (with effective air-conditioning unit), good storage and comfortable bed. Bathroom good. On 7th floor with good view over city. At rear of building so no road noise. Close to all main tourist areas. Located on coastal road bus route plus stops for both Larnaca and Paphos towns and airports.
Air conditioning a bit weak in main living area. Balcony area dirty and crumbs on sofa. Limited range of cooking equipment. Main entrance area to building and stairways a bit shabby. At time of stay, work on building project next door a little noisy.

The location is directly on the beachfront (Molos). It was really easy to access the historic center of Limassol.
The building is a little strange: seemingly 'fancy' but in fact a bit decrepit with signs not to leave garbage in the hallways. The apartment itself is totally IKEA, not the slightest personal touch. The inside of the fridge was dirty, which was a bit gross.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The host responded quickly to any questions, and the staff were excellent and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Access to the apartment felt very safe and secure, with a gated entrance, a code system, and a key chip for entry.
Our stay was very good no complaints.

A really good choice if you want a spotless clean apartment in the heart of Limassol with all the amenities you would need. Easy and fast check in, friendly hosts. Especially quiet relevant to the central location. The small balcony was also convenient to enjoy a cup of coffee.
The small window in the bedroom allows light to enter early in the morning, thus if you are sensitive it may be a bit annoying.
