We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. From the moment I booked till our departure, the staff was so keen to make sure that we're completely satisfied. Ms. Mariam Mofdy knew us by name and a very cute setup was set in our room. I would definitely go again!

The swimming pool was great and the food was amazing. We were treated very well by the reception staff, Waseem, Fares and Mariam. They were very welcoming!

I liked people at the reception they were so welcoming Kenzi was very helpfull.
I liked the room view, i like that everything was very clean
The housekeeper Rabie was very helpful.
Also the man who is responsible for the swimming pool was very helpfull as well. Habiba at the restaurant was also cheerfull and very helpful.
I didnt enjoy the food. Varaieties were very limited and taste was not good.
Prices are so over rated for the food.
I didnt like the waitress at the pool they were not helpful and not welcoming.
