Excellent Hotel Experience – Outstanding Reception Team!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort and hospitality.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception team, particularly Ms. Christine, Mr. Hussain and Mr. Tarak.
They were always helpful, attentive and incredibly kind. Their professionalism, warm smiles and willingness to assist with every request made my stay particularly pleasant and memorable.
It is employees like them who truly make the difference and reflect the high standards of a hotel.
Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I would be delighted to stay here again and look forward to my next visit!
Highly recommended!

The price was good, and the location is very peaceful, even though it is a bit far from most landmarks. The swimming pool area is perfect, and the hotel's decor and cleanliness are very nice. A special thanks to Souad from the restaurant, who was incredibly supportive and helpful!
The breakfast is below average in both quality and variety. Additionally, while the staff are pleasant, they are not helpful at all. I called housekeeping and reception multiple times and they never answered or called back—even when I followed up after a 30-minute interval. We even asked for towels, and they never brought them to us.
