الشقة بمساحات مناسبه/نظيفة/الاثاث بحالة ممتازه/الاطلاله جيده/الامان عالي/واي فاي مجاني/الاجهزه بحاله جيدة (شاشة ذكيه،ثلاجه،فرن،مايكرويف، غلاية،غسالة صحون،غسالة،مكواة،الة القهوة،توستر)- ادوات المطبخ والاواني كامله تقريبا- قريبة من سوبرماركت/
امكانية الوصول لدبي مول:
على بعد 5-10 دقائق سيرا على الاقدام من خلال جسر المترو المكيف بممرات متحركه والدخول باستخدام بطاقات مرور خاصه بالسكان
عدم توفير بطاقات دخول كافيه (فقط2)
اقفال ابواب الغرف الداخليه تحتاج صيانه
عدد الافياش قليل وبعض الافياش لاتعمل.
لاتوجد آليه للتخلص من اكياس القمامة
عدم امكانية تأخير وقت المغادرة (late check out)
عدم امكانية ترك الامتعة في الاستقبال حتى وقت المغادرة للمطار.
عدم وجود قنوات فضائيه
