Удобное расположение: 10 минут пешком до Роттердам Централ, в апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания, очень чисто, хороший интернет, в ванной есть весь набор для мытья и много света. Рядом отличные кафе и рестораны.
Квартира очень шумная: мало того что находится в пяти метрах от трамвайных путей, и каждый трамвай грохочет так, что посуда на столе подскакивает, так в нескольких метрах от входа - кофешоп. Запах марихуаны практически не выветривается. С вечера пятницы до утра воскресения не прекращается музыка и крики посетителей соседних ресторанов. Окна старые и лишены любого рода звукоизоляции. Полы деревянные, и лучше бы соседи сверху были малоподвижны. Ну и если вы заселяетесь с большими чемоданами, приготовьтесь сорвать спину. Лифта нет, лестница крутая и узкая. Эти условия не редкость для центра Роттердама, но о них надо знать.

Appartement très bien situé à moins de 10 mn de Central Station dans un quartier animé. L'appartement est moderne et très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine et la salle de bains. Les deux couchages sont très confortables. Linge de lit et serviettes de qualité et en quantité. Contrairement aux avertissements, nous n'avons pas été gênées par le bruit des restaurants au pied de l'immeuble car la majorité des fenêtres ne donne pas de ce côté, mais nous avions l'appartement au niveau des toits. L'escalier est raide et étroit mais comme partout dans les vieux immeubles aux Pays-Bas. Supermarchés très proches.
L'appartement est chaud, mais il y a des ventilateurs. En revanche pas de micro-ondes. Pour la personne qui dort dans le canapé-lit aucune occultation de la lumière, si ce n'est des rideaux blancs. Enfin, nous avons été dévorées par les moustiques mais comme probablement tout Rotterdam ! Nous n'avons même pas essayé d'accéder à la terrasse devant la complexité du mode d'emploi, c'est un peu dommage.

The flat is in a great location on the edge of town and close to the train station. Everything feels within a 10-15min walk. The property is very modern and has all the utensils and appliances you would need in a flat. You can see that a fair amount of money has been spent on refurbing the flat to a good serviced-accommodation standard. The mattress is comfortable, the sofa is comfortable to sit on, and the kitchen has built-in appliances. There's a great coffee shop across the road and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from locally.
We had to wait 5-10 minutes for the instructions to enter the property - the host apologised for not sending earlier.
The bed linen was terrible and ruined what could have been some good nights sleep. Firstly, the duvet cover had 3-4 visible stains on it - which the cleaner must have noticed when changing the sheets - I saw them as soon as I looked at the bed, I believe they were oil stains. I can only describe the material on the duvet cover/pillows as being 50% denim. So uncomfortable, and might be the worst sheets I have experienced as an adult. They need to be binned immediately as they are not suitable for serviced accommodation where the aim is to provide comfort to guests.
The shower was blocked for the first couple of nights, flooding the bathroom whenever in use. The host arranged for it to be fixed the day after it was flagged.
There's a bar at the bottom of the building which plays loud music in to the morning.
