The owner and staff are amazing and super friendly and helpful. The yurt was absolutely fantastic. Dinner and breakfast here was one of our favourites during the whole visit to Kazakhstan. If you are happy with shared facilities this place is excellent. The showers and toilet block are super clean and very very modern. Absolutely loved it here

Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza di tutto il personale, la pulizia sia dei servizi igienici che delle yurte.
Il cibo era preparato bene e genuino e le signore della cucina molto gentili.
Grazie in particolare alla manager del servizio escursioni che last minute ci ha trovato le macchine necessarie per visitare i parchi.
Ottima posizione rispetto al parco.
Quando la struttura è piena di bagni per ogni tipologia uomo e donna, sono non sufficienti.

Good location and nice variety of accommodations, very clean bathrooms and toilets!
Although the description said we could use the kitchen, the kitchen was actually mostly used by the staff to prepare meals for the guests so it was not like a hostel kitchen that is primarily used by guests. However it was not a problem for us to cook there after dinner was prepared for the other guests.
