Good location near to University
Area very run down and a feeling of it not being safe and the main reason we left earlier than booked.
Advertised with parking... this is not the case, as it is street parking with very little available space with most being permit parking and only available 9pm to 8am!
We stayed at No. 40 Boughey Rd. House recently decorated with new carpets etc, but has faults; i) We were unable to lock one of the rooms ii) No hot water in wash basin. iii) Toilet seat broken iv) v) adjoining room has a macerator that is very noisy vi) Not a property fault, but disturbed by yobs shouting outside up to 3am!!
