DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!

Nothing. It was horrible.

The place is horrible, a dump. It is a room in a basement with no windows, and a bathroom with no shower ( the shower consists of a hose attached to the wall over the tiny sink. That's how you're supposed to shower. To get there, you have to walk down a beat up alleyway in the back of some restaurants. As soon as l approached, l started smelling cat pee from a few feet away. I told the owner who was walking with me about the smell, and she said that a cat comes by once in a while. I entered the cave down 4 or 5 steep steps, and realized that the whole apartment smelled like cat pee and there are no windows other than the top of the door to the alleyway. After she left, I found a fan and turned it on, but l couldn't breathe. The smell was unbearable. I ran out of the apartment coughing and gasping for air. As l was walking away, l realized the smell was now in my hair and my clothes. I asked the owner for a refund, and she only gave me back 70%, keeping $150 of my hard earned money. I thought this was going to be a nice place for myself, my daughter, and our little Shitzu to stay for a few days. Instead, it ended up being a nightmare! I had to stand in the middle of a busy plaza in the middle of Brasov on a hot day to look for another hotel to spend the night in.

Great stay in the center of Brasov

The room was very cozy, clean and the owner was very sociable and welcoming. We were also in the towns square, very close to restaurants and stores and I would say the central location is very helpful when you want to visit the city.

Lovely stay

A very good location, clean room with everything you could need. The host was also very kind giving us tips on places to visit and even came around to say goodbye.

The only downside I would say would be the humidity in the room. Because the room is a reconstructed cellar the air was very damp making it a bit uncomfortable to breath in the night. The bathroom also does not has any ventilation so when taking a shower it gets even worse. A dehumidifier would be a good addition to the room.
