About this house rental
This 300 m² thatched pool house is located on a 3500 m² natural plot about 1.5 km from the North Sea. This holiday home is the ideal choice where guests can enjoy themselves both indoors and outdoors. In the wonderful pool room, the whole family can have fun in the 32 m² pool with a slide to the pool or the inviting 7-person hot tub. In connection with the pool room is a bathroom with direct access to an infrared cabin. The house has a 50 m² activity room with billiards and a flat-screen TV with satellite. On the enclosed terrace there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun in the garden furniture and dinner from the barbecue. In the pool house there are 3 bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. The cozy wood-burning stove and the economical geothermal heating system heat the house. In the pool house there are 18 sleeping places 4 rooms with double beds 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds each 1 room with 2 single beds. 2 pets are allowed. There is no TV2 channel or pay channels in the house. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Had a fantastic week at the Holiday home Ulfborg CLIII! The kids loved the pool and water slide—definitely a highlight! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook family meals, Highly recommend it for larger groups!
