Property was clean, well furnished.Ice and water on refrigerator was broken. Water filtering pitcher was awful. Ice cube trays were provided, though we opted to purchase ice to accommodate our needs. Stove top was difficult to operate. There are two counter top ovens, and three coffee pots, no built-in oven.Biggest issue was failure of property management, host, and VRBO to resolve door lock failure in timely manner when we attempted to open door after wedding, the code did not work! The information provided did not state the time parameters for emergency response. (I was unsuccessful in reaching the property mgt by text or phone at 10:41 p.m. I messaged host, then called VRBO number, spoke with multiple agents who were unsuccessful in their attempts to resolve, stating it was late.)Fortunately one window was unlocked so we were able to re-enter.Next day when property management responded, they indicated conceirge closes at 10 p.m., and the system was fine on their end. They offered to be available until 12 p.m. I asked for a physical key and was given a lockbox code. They dispatched a housekeeping supervisor who indicated her code worked fine. I insisted we try the code I received from property mgt; the code still did not work. After housekeeping contacted property mgt it was reprogrammed. She shared there have been issues with the locks.To date, I have not received a response from the "premier host".
