Excellent host, very helpful and patient with all the questions we had and our delayed arrival because of the situation on the road, the location is amazing in walkable distance to the city center, there is supermarket downstairs and a restaurant just across the street. You can park car in front on the street for free.

We think a few minor details around the flat can be improved regarding the cleanliness - 1. female guests will appreciate a bin in the bathroom, 2. some of the kitchen utensils appeared very used already - there were as if stains on the kettle, for example, 3. there were also finger stains on the wardrobe next to the bed. Also, there is nothing to be done about it but expect that a 24/7 car wash is nearby the apartment may cause some noise from outside. We could hear some night owls washing their cars in the middle of the night at 3 am.
