Very good location, neat and tidy. All facilities/utilities are functional.

No wifi password available. Television that was connected to the router was very slow. upgrade on your internet connection.

All’arrivo purtroppo le luci dei due bagni non erano funzionanti ma è stato un problema risolto tempestivamente dallo staff.

it was close to the attractions we wanted

The property looked quite different in reality compared to the photos online. While it was generally clean, there was noticeable dust in several areas which made it feel less well-maintained than expected. We were also disappointed with the hot tub experience. The water appeared dirty when we arrived, and although staff said someone would come to change it, nobody ever did. We later discovered that the hot tub wasn’t working at all. The kitchen was also missing several basic items, including wine glasses and spoons, and there was no coffee provided for our stay. Overall, the property has potential, but the attention to detail and maintenance needs significant improvement.
