Beautiful location in Uppermill. Close to village and easy to explore local area. Great facilities, comfortable beds and extra touches from hosts like bread and milk along with some breakfast cereals, biscuits, tea and coffee.
I probably hit my head and shoulder on the sloped roof about 20 times. But that probably says more about me and my spacial awareness than the room.
Also as it’s in the roof space, there are lots of stairs to access the room. We were travelling from a European trip so we had large suitcases which were difficult to get up and down the narrow staircase. Not good if you have mobility issues.

Really nice Penthouse and it was a nice touch to leave some bread butter and jam. Uppermill itself is a nice small Yorkshire town.
As you are in the roof you have to be careful not to bang your head.

We loved the location and the property itself. The owners had left out essentials, tea, coffee etc but also bread, milk, cereals and biscuits. Te property was easy to find and the parking very useful. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely stay again. Little extra touch are just so thoughtful.
Eventhough the directions are perfect once you find the property(it all makes perfect sense!) it's hard to find or see the sign on the wall outside. It's quite small so we passed by it several times!!
