Most beautiful coast
The view is second to none. We love Blue Fish, the property and visitors. They had more appliances than anywhere we ever stayed.
Mattresses were a little tough, but that's really specific.

Neglected property; wouldn't stay again
The beds were clean and comfortable.
The view was lovely.
The pool was nice.
The information posted by the owner on booking.com is not accurate, which caused us inconvenience, frustration, and expense. The info. provided was that major credit cards were accepted, and specifically, that cash was not accepted. When we arrived, payment was required in cash only. We didn't have the required amount and spent the first day of our vacation arranging something that we could easily have dealt with beforehand. It was a hassle. Nothing is straightforward when you're new in a foreign country.
There was no in suite laundry contrary to what was advertised.
The general feel was of a property run down. The balcony doors could not be locked. We reported it immediately, but nothing was ever done. There was no covering to the shower window ( also reported). The safe was broken. The shower heads were in poor condition.
The unit was clean if you didn't look in the corners, although you couldn't miss that the stove top was quite dirty.
There was absolutely nothing in the suite to get us through the first hours until we could get oriented and shop. It was late in the day and we were very tired when we got there. There was no tea or coffee on hand. We actually had some with us, but there was no lighter or matches for the gas stove and not one coffee filter. We felt that no attention had been paid to our comfort or what might be helpful on arrival. Oh yes, there was toilet paper, thank goodness.

VERMIETER GEHT GAR NICHT!!!
Nach meiner gestrigen Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub ist es mir ein dringendes Bedürfnis, diese Unterkunft mehrfach zu reklamieren.
1.) Vor der Anreise habe ich schriftlich von der Unterkunft eine Bestätigung angefordert, dass das Apartement auf der obersten Etage liegt. Da ich auf meine Anfrage keine Antwort erhielt, rief ich bei booking an und habe dieselbe Frage bei einem booking-Mitarbeiter platziert, der daraufhin bei der Unterkunft angerufen und mir danach bestätigt hat, dass das Apartement auf der obersten Etage läge. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich aber heraus, dass das Apartement NICHT auf der obersten Etage liegt!
2.) Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurde UNMITTELBAR eine BARZAHLUNG für die Übernachtung eingefordert. Ich hatte natürlich zeitgemäß „nur“ meine Kreditkarte dabei, aber keine ausländische Währung. Die Kartenzahlung wurde aber seitens der Unterkunft abgelehnt, da das WLAN nicht funktionierte!
Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich dann von der Unterkunft folgende MAIL: "Sie haben die Unterkunft nicht bezahlt und gegen die Regeln verstoßen. BITTE VERLASSEN SIE UMGEHEND DAS APARTEMENT und geben den Schlüssel ab, sonst holen wir die POLIZEI!!!"
Auf meinen vielen Reisen habe ich solch ein Verhalten noch nicht erlebt. Als die Unterkunft dann als Kompromiss eine Zahlung per Paypal akzeptierte, musste ich zusätzlich zu den vereinbarten Übernachtungskosten 6 % mehr an die Unterkunft überweisen, da diese von Paypal noch Kommissionkosten in Rechnung gestellt bekommt (für die ich nicht kann!).
Insbesondere dieses „Pistole-an-die-Brust-Verhalten“ geht gar nicht! Einer solventen, vielreisenden Familie mit Kindern MIT DEM RAUSWURF ZU DROHEN, IST VOLLKOMMEN INAKZEPTABEL! Nur weil Barzahlung präferiert wird, um vermutlich Steuern zu hinterziehen!!!
3.) Das Apartement ist ungepflegt: Die Abflüsse in Bädern und Küche sind verrostet, Duschwasser fließt nur langsam, Gardinen fehlen zum Teil, Bilder an den Wänden wurden entfernt, Nägel nicht.
