The apartment did not match the advertised photographs. Furniture was old and uncomfortable compared to the modern furniture in photographs. Be careful as the additional costs in fine print added 30% to price. Dishonest and deceptive provider

**Very disappointing experience — would not recommend**

**Very disappointing experience — would not recommend** Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had. The host was extremely unhelpful and did not make any proper effort to resolve the issues we faced. The Wi-Fi had issues, and there were barely any basic necessities provided. There was **no iron, no broom, and no extra garbage bags**. These are basic things that guests should reasonably expect, especially when staying for several days. The bed was **extremely hard and uncomfortable**, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, we were **not provided with an access card**, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. We also had to wait around **10 minutes just to use the lift because we were told to use the fireman’s lift**. What made the experience worse was the lack of help and responsiveness from the host when we raised these issues. Overall, the stay was frustrating and far below our expectations. The host seriously needs to improve their communication, responsiveness and basic guest facilities. **I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.**

Huge apartment and was comfortable for me with 2 kids.

Lack of information on registration and direction of stay. If you are stuck at the lobby and no network connection is difficult to get help from somebody and you need to walkaway to the security
