パラダイスシティを利用する人にとっては手頃な価格の宿だと思います。部屋が広く、清掃も行き届いていて概ね快適に過ごせました。ホテルが入っているビルを含め近くにはコンビニが数軒あり、素敵な食堂やレストランもあるため便利なロケーションにあると思います。
パラダイスシティまでは徒歩5分かからないぐらいでしょうか。カジノ近くの根城を探していて、とにかくお手頃に泊まりたいという人には良い場所だと思います。
気にするほどではありませんが、設備は若干老朽化しています。エアコンを付けたら凄い音がしました(部屋が涼しくなるにつれて静かにはなりましたが)。ドライヤーや歯磨き粉はありますが使い捨ての歯ブラシやカミソリは置いていません。
同じく私は気にしませんが、無人のホテルでスタッフは近くにはいないようです。旅慣れた人には十分ですが、困った時誰かに聞けるなどサポートが必要という人には向かないでしょう。

Spacious , clean and well kept.
It would have been nice if bath towels were available but understandable.
In May I enquired about early-check-in and did not receive a response until 8/1 close to check-in that it would incur in additional fees. Not a big problem but I would have been nice if I knew ahead of time.

Located close to Terminal One of Incheon Airport with regular free shuttle buses running between both terminals and then to the accommodation. The host's instructions about where to board the bus, the building location and check in information was outstanding and easy to follow, so we need to give them a big thank you for their effort. A lot of thought went into it, even providing a bus timetable which was accurate. We used a key code - no need to worry about key pick up/drop off so we were in and out without any problems. There was a washing machine but we were only staying overnight so didn't need it. The shower was excellent with great water pressure. Clean apartment with white sheets and comfy pillows, microwave oven and fridge. Huge windows with good views of airport and Seoul was a treat. It was a lovely apartment in a clean building with a lift.
The only tip I would give is the free shuttle bus gets busy in the morning so leave a little earlier as other travellers can be brutal and quite forceful so it's a case of every man for himself, but the buses do run often. We noticed there were no sheets, only a mattress protector and a doona but I think that's not unusual for Seoul.

* Having a convenience store right on the first floor was convenient.
* Considering the price, the experience was somewhat understandable.
* It’s okay for a quick one-night stay, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
* No air conditioning - only a fan circulator that didn’t cool the room at all. It was already hot in May, so summer would probably be very uncomfortable.
* Only two towels were provided, with no extra towels for hands or feet. I asked for more towels but never got a response.
* The blinds didn’t block the sunlight at all, so the room got extremely bright in the morning.
* Overall, the place felt old and not very well maintained.
