Everything was good overall and I think the apartment offers a good price-to-quality ratio. The apartment was clean, had enough space to feel comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I especially liked the little balcony. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.
The toilet area is a little squeezed, and the shower control and bum gun are positioned quite close to the toilet, which can be a bit awkward. The entrance door was also slightly difficult to open with the key, although I was always able to get in. The location on a fairly busy street can also mean some noise in the morning.

La casa è molto grande e spaziosa ed è composta da una cucina, due camere da letto, un piccolo bagno un soggiorno molto ampio con Smart Tv e un balcone; inoltre ci sono due condizionatori sufficienti a rinfrescare tutta la casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in ordine. L’appartamento è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Houmt Souk, uno dei principali luoghi di ritrovo per le serate a Djerba. L’host è stato molto gentile con noi nell’accoglienza, ci ha anche concesso un secondo mazzo di chiavi per esigenze personali. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Djerba!
Purtroppo mancano alcuni elementi essenziali soprattutto per chi vuole soggiornare per periodi superiori alla settima. Mancano i sacchetti della spazzatura, detersivo per piatti e per lavatrice, strumenti per cucinare. Di fatto la cucina è presente ma non utilizzabile, stessa cosa dicasi per la lavatrice. Inoltre un rotolo di carta igienica per 5 giorni è insufficiente e lo abbiamo dovuto ricomprare. Detto ciò manca veramente poco a questa struttura per passare da un 8 a un 10 pieno, qualche piccola accortezza che può trasformare ancora più in positivo il soggiorno!

Fabulous with a very friendly host, the apartment is perfect for a stay in Houmt Souk. Also, as the host recommended I bought various fresh fish and seafood from the local fish market and asked a local restaurant to cook it, which was fabulous, as had a lovely and friendly restaurant owner. I also bought beer to drink, but hid it in a bag, as wasn’t sure is allowed, but had no problem.

El anfitrión estuvo atento a nuestra llegada. Apartamento amplio, a 15 minutos a pie del centro de la capital en Djerba
El aire acondicionado está instalado solamente en el salón, y de espaldas a las habitaciones, con lo que el aire frío apenas llegaba, y era difícil dormir por el calor. Además los colchones y las almohadas son bastante duros, y a ello se sumó que la habitación da a una calle con mucho ruido de tráfico durante toda la noche. Probablemente se deberían haber insonorizado las ventanas.
