A very spacious and lovely house, appears to be recently renovated. Three floors of living space and there is enough parking for probably 3 cars (we had 2 very comfortably). The beds were comfortable and it's in a quiet, safe area of Derby. only a short drive from the centre. There is a small grocery shop right across the road as well. Checking in and out were both smooth and with clear instructions.
The way that the house is divided up means that even though there are 8 beds, it is much more suitable for families with smaller children than for 4 couples to stay here, as two of the beds are singles sharing space with a double bed each. We had someone sleeping on the fold out sofa bed which was not the most comfortable. There were some basics provided in the kitchen, however no salt or pepper, which would have been handy. The oven trays were not quite the right size for the oven, but manageable.
