The team of staff were really helpful, they made sure we were fed, taken care of, and also gave us tons of good traveling advices. Harrison made sure we got to the ski resort or wherever we needed safe. Also communicated with the rest of the team to help us. Miguel was super helpful with great traveling advices to just about anywhere in the prefecture as well as good places to eat. Jules gave us great advice on where to go on the mountain. Mia and Eric and just about all the staff we got to meet were just genuinely great people willing to help us out at any moment. Oh and my wife loved the heated flooring in our room Thanks Andrew, your staff were excellent. We'd come back again

Great breakfasts. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay.
The doors and windows in our room were a little difficult to open and close because they were old. It was also a bit loud/not soundproof as we could easily hear when people were talking outside.
