Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στο παλιό λιμάνι και περίπου 10'-15' από το καινούριο λιμάνι και το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι πεντακάθαρο και προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις στην κουζίνα. Για μέχρι δύο άτομα αποτελεί ιδανικό τόπο διαμονής. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε άμεσα σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση και έδωσε πολύ ακριβείς πληροφορίες τόσο για το σπίτι όσο και για οτιδήποτε άλλο υπάρχει κοντά.
Τα σεντόνια ήταν στην ουσία οι θήκες για τα παπλώματα. Ο δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης είναι στην ουσία οι κοινόχρηστοι δρόμοι. Ωστόσο δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα καθώς στους γύρω δρόμους βρίσκεις σίγουρα.

Ηταν ένα μικρό ήσυχο σπιτάκι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται. Εχει ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια απλή διαμονή.
Η κλειδοθήκη είναι σε τρομερά άβολο μέρος. Αν έρχεσαι από έξω δεν τη βλέπεις. Αλλά και όταν την "ανακαλύψεις" είναι τόσο χαμηλά που δυσκολεύεσαι πολύ να την ανοίξεις. Και αν είναι νύχτα !!! θα ταλαιπωρηθείς. Η τιμή είναι υπερβολική για Σεπτέμβριο μήνα. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για ζευγάρια. Είναι πολύ μικρό.
