We liked everything about the property and our hosts! It was well maintained, spotless, had all the facilities we needed with a charming back garden which backs on to the Ratgama Lake so we could enjoy watching the various activities of the wildlife. In addition, our hosts were welcoming, compassionate, helpful, generous, hardworking and with a good eye for quality.

The Mangrove Nest was an amazing place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel completely relaxed. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and everything we needed was available. The location was also very convenient, while still being quiet and surrounded by a lovely natural environment. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at The Mangrove Nest and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Hikkaduwa. We would happily come back again!
